Our Christian Values:

Hopeful school through honesty, forgiveness and trust; Achieving school through resilience, respect and ambition; Nurturing school through care, compassion and friendships; Developing school through wisdom, faith and fun; Sharing school through kindness, celebration and love

Curriculum: Subject by Subject

Our wider school curriculum covers all elements of the statutory national curriculum, but is led by the Vision and Values of the school, especially its context and pupils’ ‘typical gaps’ at All Saints’ CE Primary School.

Planning and reviewing the curriculum is an endless journey: we strive to put our pupils at the heart of our curriculum…

... that being pupils who attend All Saints’ Church of England Primary School, in Ilkley, in West Yorkshire, in the North, in England, in the constitutional democracy of the United Kingdom; part of the European continent in a temperate zone of the northern hemisphere, but also a global citizen linked by various international networks; as part of a family and extended family with specific expectations, needs and value systems; as part of many communities, both physical and virtual; pupils who have their own hobbies, interests and unique beliefs and ideas; and who are influenced by their peers and significant figures who encapsulate a myriad cultural, social and economic factors.

Knowledge Organisers

“Knowledge organisers are a summary of the key facts and essential knowledge that pupils need about a unit of work or a curriculum subject.”
