Administration Assistant

12.5 Hours a week, Mon-Fri 8:30-11am
TTO from September 2022
Band 5, Points 4-6
Depending on experience

A vacancy has arisen in our busy, friendly school office for an Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will work in our busy school office and will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors, working under the direction of the Office Manager and School Business Manager.

The post will be fixed term in the first instance to August 2023.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • can keep calm under pressure;
  • deal with a range of stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner;
  • has experience of working in a busy office environment and is capable of prioritising workloads and keeping calm under pressure;
  • is a confident and efficient user of ICT applications including MS Office;
  • can relate well to a wide range of people of different age groups;
  • has an eye for detail and can complete tasks to the highest standard;
  • works well as part of a team;
  • has a good sense of humour.

SEND Support Assistant Required ASAP
