Welcome to the All Saints’ C of E Primary School, PTA Website
The PTA is run by parents of the school. Its main aim is to fundraise for the school by organising a series of fun events for children and parents. PTA fundraising is increasingly important as the school’s budget has been significantly decreased over recent years.
Over the years the PTA has helped fund various projects big and small, most recently helping to pay for high-tech classroom equipment, digital cameras and wall murals to create an atmosphere in which young minds can develop and grow. We are currently on a drive to raise funds to help regenerate the outdoor school space once building work has finished.
We usually raise funds through a series of events in the school calendar. For the children we organise two discos each year, an entry to the May Day Carnival and for Foundation and Year One, an Easter Party. Family events include a Bingo evening, Summer Fair, Christmas Fair and a Camping Weekend. Circumstances in 2020 have curtailed many of these, so several events have been organised with an online or distance element to them. Anyone could raise funds for the PTA by doing a sponsored activity and, of course, suggestions for fund-raising events are always welcome.
The PTA send out a newsletter regularly via Classlist and information can be found on the website. Information and posters are also displayed on the PTA notice boards, which are found on the sheds in the playground.

Every parent in the school is automatically part of the PTA so just get in touch if you would like to help in any way – especially as the events are all run for our children. If you can spare time to volunteer, then thank you. If time is tight, then donating or sponsoring is also very welcome. Without everyone doing a little bit we wouldn’t be able to put on these events and raise so much extra money for the benefit of all our children.
Everyone is welcome to come along to our PTA meetings. They are relaxed and informal and the dates are published on the website on the PTA Calendar tab.
