History Prize Winner!
A massive well done to Annabelle in Year 6 who has won 3rd prize (out of 175 Bradford schools!) in the Bradford Historical & Antiquarian Society’s latest competition for schools.
Her entry about Ilkley and the Cow & Calf rocks was chosen for its thorough research and personal touch. One judge claimed that they had learnt something they didn’t know, all about the rocks! It was wonderful to welcome the Society’s President, Sue Steel, to the school this morning to present Annabelle with her prizes!
