We are delighted that your child will be joining All Saints’ in September 2022 and we will endeavour to make your child’s (and your) transition to All Saints’ go as smoothly as possible.

ADMISSION FORM – Please complete and return to school. In addition to this form we also need you to bring your child’s birth certificate to the school office.
MEDICATION IN SCHOOL FORM – Only to be completed if your child has a condition that requires lifesaving medication to be kept in school. Please also include a copy of their Care Plan if applicable. If you do not have a Care Plan, please contact your GP/specialist consultant who will be able to issue one for you.
HOME SCHOOL AGREEMENT – Please read, sign and return the School Copy. All forms can either be returned electronically via the email@example.com email address or hard copy via the school office.
LITTLE SAINTS’ – Little Saints’ Club is the school’s in-house before and after school club that is available to all children who attend All Saints’.
The club runs from 7.30-8.50am and has two after school sessions: 3.20-5pm or 3.20-6pm. Full details about the club can be found in our Parent’s Handbook
