ADMISSION FORM – Please complete and return to school via the email@example.com email address. In addition to this form we also need to have sight of your child’s birth certificate and would ordinarily ask that you bring this with you when you return the form. As this will not be possible, we would ask that you bring their certificate in when school reopens.
HOME SCHOOL AGREEMENT – Please read, sign and return the School Copy.
LITTLE SAINTS’ – As you may be aware, here at All Saints’ we run a before and after school club called The Little Saints’ Club which has proved very successful and popular with both pupils and parents since opening its doors in January 2014.
The club runs from 7.30-8.50am and has two after school sessions: 3.20-5pm or 3.20-6pm. Full details about the club can be found in our Parent’s Handbook
If you are interested in using the club and in order to give us an idea of numbers, please can you complete and return the Booking Form, indicating your requirements from September. Please can you also complete, sign and return the Registration Form and Terms and Conditions which can be found within the Parents’ Handbook. Allocated sessions will be confirmed towards the end of the academic year.
If you do not yet know if you wish to use the club, we are able to provide ad-hoc sessions for which you are required to be registered with the club. This service allows you to book sessions as and when you need them providing we have spaces available.
